EPP’s humble beginning started at Rajkot, Gujarat in 1986 from the sheer determination and hard work of two bright and enterprising young men. Both, Jayraj Shah and Siddharth Shah joined hands in making their dream of a successful global company a reality.
Since then the company has expanded its operations with 7 business divisions (GRP Pipes, Chemical Plants & Equipment, Building Products, Pre-fab Products, Pultrusion Products, SMC Products and CFW Division) to render various products and services to industries. All these divisions are backed by the skilled and experienced technologists. EPP’s integration strategy with various divisions is the example of successfully blending multiple internal competencies to create a new driver of business growth.
With an absolute focus on research & development of new products in composite material, EPP became first Indian company manufacturing GRP dual helical filament wound cross country pipe with indigenous technology.
With an aim to empower industries EPP operates from over 2,50,000 sq. Ft. of avant-grade manufacturing premises at Metoda, Rajkot. At this manufacturing facility, EPP has installed CNC dual helical filament winding technology for making shells and cylindrical shapes, Pultrusion technology for making various type of composite profiles, Resin transfer moulding technology to make intricate moulded parts, Spray up technology for making large volume products, Vacuum infusion technology for making special type of shapes as well as Compression Moulding facility and Hand layup process.
Today EPP an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturing facility is one of the leading global players in the rapidly growing composite industry which caters to the requirement of segments such as Infrastructure, Chemical, Electrical, Railway, Automobile, Defence, Wind Energy, Offshore, Marine and Building & Construction.
Over a sustainable presence of 25 years the success and reputation of EPP which started as a dream of two men is now extended to the dream of many.
